Positive: The hotel is very beautiful, made of houses in wood sorrounded by trees in hills and with a very good view of mountains and forests. the room is very, very big, it is a whole house. The staff, although no one speaks good English, is absolutely wonderful, always there to help in anything you may need, using translation apps.

Negative: The house for 4 is very big, but there was only 1 toilet, although there is space for more. In the big toilet there isn't any place to hang the towels. The room has no fridge, and it should. All these suggestions are very easy to implement. Even though I didn't like this minor things, the very nice hotel and its area and wonderful service of the staff made me decide to give a 10 to this hotel.

Zoe and Song made all the difference they took care of every detail, from organizing our tours to anticipating all of our needs, and always with a smile. Their kindness and professionalism turned our trip into a seamless and memorable experience. The hotel itself is unique, full of character and charm, but what made it truly special was the personalized attention we received. Thanks to Zoe and Song, our stay was simply perfect. Highly recommended!

Negative: Everything during our stay was excellent, though it may be useful for future guests to know that the breakfast selection is more focused on local cuisine, with fewer Western options. Still, the quality and freshness of the food were outstanding. At night, the sound of crickets is quite noticeable, which adds a touch of authenticity to the surroundings but may take a little getting used to if you are not familiar with it.

Positive: The hotel is quietly set between the mountains. We arrived at night and the whole grounds had beautiful lighting. We stayed in the Family House which was very nice. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We also had dinner at the hotel; ask for the menu in advance!
