Summary: The space is fantastic for anyone wanting a beach vacation. You're minutes from the beach, and there are plenty of places to get seafood, ice cream, breakfast, a morning cup of coffee, or a cocktail in easy walking distance. I stayed with my partner and the space was just right for us; if you're not comfortable with your traveling companion at the start of your trip, you will be by the end! The air conditioner worked great, and having laundry made life so much easier. A full kitchen meant it was easy to prep lunch or a dinner at home, although for groceries it's best to go into town to Market Basket. I can't wait to come back!

Summary: Wonderful cottage a block from the beach for 1-3 folks wanting a simple getaway. Close to great ice cream, sunsets, and very cool Newburyport. Easy alteration of dates when we ended up needing to arrive early and leave late. Hosts provided fun tips of local events. Thank you!

Summary: This space may be small, but it's very cozy and the location can't be beat. Ray is a fantastic host, extremely accommodating, thoughtful, and responsive. You're right in the midst of great shops and restaurants, but the place itself is very quiet and peaceful, with lovely breezes. The outdoor space perhaps needs a little TLC, but I trust that Ray and his wife will continue to make improvements and we'll look forward to renting with them again in years to come.

Summary: Small and cozy, setback from the street, located very close to food and the ocean. Cottage has all the amenities you need. Owners are very friendly and responsive. We would definitely return to this spot again.
