Positive: Excellent reception areas. Exceptional location overlooking river.

Negative: Very limited dinner menu with poor choices. My guest (a longstanding member of the club) was unable to finish his main course (salmon) as it was unappetising. Bed uncomfortable - very hard rubber/foam. Hotel locked up by 11.20pm and no bar service after that time.

Summary: Very much a "club" rather than an hotel. Sadly, fell below expectations.

Positive: We were married 30 yrs ago in Henley on Thames. We are in our 70s and chose to go back to Henley to celebrate. We chose Phyis court because of it's location on the river.
