Positive: Cute Ma & Pa B&B. Nice hosts with small but tidy room with balcony, excellent breakfast with homestlye feel.

Negative: We booked Pheonix because it advertised a usefull1pm check-in. This mattered as we were travelling from Banff and wanted to change B4 we went on a 2:30pm train excursion. We could have left our luxury accom in Banff later and planned better if we knew we would be going straight to the train excursion. For family reasons the early check was not avail that day and we were not advised. Had to get changed on porch!

Summary: Would be a nice stay for a couple of nights were you could relax in a genuine homestyle environment

Positive: We like everything. The owners are such nice people and put so much love and pride in what they do. Very cozy rooms. Spotless. And nicest breakfast ever. It felt just like staying at grandma‘s. After some traveling and staying at different hotels it was nice to come back to a real home. We also appreciated how welcoming and relaxed they were with regards to children.

Negative: Everything was really great.

Summary: Except for the time we spent at our friends‘ house the best stay of the whole trip

Positive: Lovely vintage accommodations that is comfortable and makes you feel at home. The hosts thought of every comfort for our room; movies to watch, books to read, wine glasses and opener, and a chocolate on our pillow. The breakfast was outstanding enjoyed around a dining table with other travelers. Great food, good conversation and a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!
