Negative: The host was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. However, the property had some noise issues, making it difficult to rest peacefully. We could hear the guests next door clearly, which led to early wake-ups around 7 AM each day. Unfortunately, this made it hard to fully enjoy the space. Considering the noise levels, the price felt a bit high for the experience, especially since I could have stayed in a 3-star hotel in NYC for a similar rate. With some improvements in soundproofing, this place could offer much better value
