Positive: The room was a very good size, breakfast was included.

Negative: I've been travelling full-time for quite a while & I have stayed in a variety of hostels, guesthouses & private rooms- all for a similar price or cheaper. I would say that this place doesn't quite stack up against the places I've stayed in so far - for quality or attentiveness. There are lots of overdue maintenance issues, the bed was extremely lumpy & uncomfortable (you could feel the springs ), the rug in the room needs to be thrown out or burnt (it's definitely seen better days), lots of patch up jobs that don't really work. The manager is very nonchalant & sister races around working very hard. Sorry, I'm not in the habit of giving bad reviews - but I didn't particularly like it & not sure how it got such a high rating.

Positive: Everything - it's bohemian style, view to the garden, roof top with view around valley. Simple but lovely breakfast. Big room with big bathroom. Lovely location. Lovely hosts. It's the best place when you want to truly relax after days of exploring the area. Close to Göreme. Very clean with lovely atmosphere plus great price :). I could check in earlier and stay a bit longer on my last day while waiting for transport to airport.
