Summary: Very welcoming, nothing was too much trouble, any requests dealt with immediately. Room was clean and comfortable with a nice small balcony to sit on. Free bottled water in fridge and nice coffee pod machine in room. Requested twin room but got a double, but king size bed was big enough for two. Extra duvet was a bonus too. Air conditioning very effective.would highly recommend this hotel, amazing value for money. Even got given a small bottle of wine on departure as a gift and check out attendant gave us his personal mints as we were worried about how much garlic we had eaten the previous night! Amazing customer service.
