Summary: This hotel is amazing and phenomenal, the staff were very helpful and nice and the area is close to alot good food spots and restaurants and attractions, definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seoul.

Summary: Room is huge, very comfortable for family. Room was clean and cleaned everyday. Staff was very kind, helpful and always smiling. Staff was always ready to help. Parking was always available and easily accessible. I would recommend this place 100 times. So close to subway station, great restaurants and cafes nearby.

Summary: Perfect example of Korean hospitality: check-in and check-out were super fast and efficient, the room spacious and perfectly clean, bed and pillows were great quality. This place was ideal for a short stay in Seoul, its location is within a lively district with restaurants, cafes and many shops, well connected by subway but not noisy at night. I'd definitely stay here again!

Summary: Although the staff was kind, they were only available for short periods of time each day. Staffing was also very limited. Overall, the hotel has all the potential to be everything it advertises, but it appears that post Olympics it has not been able to retain the level of cleanliness, amenities, or other offerings listed on the website. Even little things like not having a microwave in the room and having to go to the lobby for a basic Ramen was outside of the level I expected for this type of Hotel. Having traveled extensively the last six months I feel like the bed quality was subpar, I had to clean and dust areas that are not often used, and it just did not live up to the expectations that the pictures and advertising provided. It was, however, extremely convenient to where we needed to be, and very accessible to public transportation. I would consider a mid-level hotel at best.
