Positive: A spotless apartment with a small garden, modern and practically equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. There is a market nearby, and a fun public playground right in front of the house, which was perfect for the kids. The host was very friendly and thoughtful—she even provided a table soccer game on a rainy afternoon so the boys could still have fun. Highly recommended!

Positive: Perfect location, close to bar, restaurants, ski lifts. Great for the World Cup race mid week! Wonderful view from the apartment, could have sat in the window seat all day. Apartment really well equipped, everything you could possibly need. Also enjoyed using the sauna after a hard days skiing.

Positive: We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment in Flachau. Josi, the host, is kind and welcoming, and made us feel right at home. The location is excellent – centrally located in Flachau, just a short walk from the river and a large supermarket, and very convenient for exploring the many attractions in the area. The apartment itself is spacious, very comfortable (we were a family of 5), and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would be happy to come back again. Highly recommended!

Positive: Host is very nice, helpful and responsive. The central heating didn't work on the first day so the host, Josi, gave us an electric heater immediately. Appartment 8 is located on the second floor. Was clean and comfortable. Great view and big balcony. 2 showers and toilets are a big plus when you are with your family. And the water pressure is great also. There were double the amount of towels so additional plus. Parking spot is reserved for you only and it is covered. So very convenient during rain or bad weather.

Negative: Small living room. No AC and no bug nets on the windows so opening the windows on a hot night will invite unwanted friends... In appartment 8 there are 2 internal doors with an automatic closing mechanism. The mechanisms are not calibrated well enough and the doors close by force. This is very dangerous when kids are in the apartment. I had to put towels on top of the doors to prevent them from closing too quickly and with force.
