Positive: We loved everything! The owner and the staff were so welcoming and nice. View from our room was AMAZING! Actually it was amazing from everywhere! We missed the breakfast, but they set aside a little bit of everything for us and made sure that we don't leave hungry. Loved the cow in the yard.

Positive: Service was great. The guy from Shkodër was like a brother. He helped us with the noise of heater in room and recommended best attractions. Brothers restaurant was also really good. Beautiful views everywhere

Negative: Smoke in rooms from grill (?), very long time to heat water, not the best bathroom, but I understand it is mountain vibes house :)

Positive: Petriti is set in a charming location, with the stunning waterfall and famous church just a short walk away – both absolutely worth visiting. A few small shops nearby make it easy to grab a drink or snack. The restaurant serves tasty food. The friendly service combined with the warm, family-like atmosphere makes you feel right at home. The many dogs and the two gentle cows add to the charm, yet the staff ensures they stay far enough from the terrace for guests who prefer their space 😉. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed.

Positive: Very good looking with an amazing view of the surrounding areas such as mountains and calm animals. The outside dinning area is very relaxing and has good WiFi.

Negative: The bathroom was very small for a tall person and there was no bath mat.

Positive: The location was great for us as it is close to the church, tower, and start of hikes for the waterfall and blue eye. Room had beautiful view across the valley and the guesthouse is a bit separate from others and the staff were friendly.

Negative: Unfortunately we were a bit disappointed about the value for money and the condition of some of the facilities. One of the main problems seemed to be electrical issues: the main light in our room didn’t work and the staff didn’t follow up after we told them about the issue. The bathroom light also flickered and the shower pressure and temperature was variable. A few other downsides were the walls were very thin (we could hear another guest snoring, lots of sounds of children crying and running around), some of the common areas weren’t super clean, and there was a loud generator or something for construction outside our balcony which disturbed the ambiance all day. Breakfast was a decent spread of items, however, both mornings the eggs were very cold even though we were there early, for which the staff did cook some fresh on request.

Summary: Lovely location with beautiful views, although bit disappointed about value for money.
