Positive: Nice structure with a bit 'clean' apartments. Hosts are wonderful and the breakfast is very nice. The general facilities are very nice and comfortable.

Negative: I think at booking.com the perfect 10 is to easy given nowadays. Is it worth a 10? I think almost no accommodation is. But i didn't want to lower the rating because they are really worth a high rating.
