Positive: Excellent communication from hosts. Quick response to any questions asked. Apartment in excellent location with only short walks to the old town centre and metro stops. The apartment was clean, well equipped, warm and cosy and a delight to come back to after a full day of sightseeing. Highly recommend.

Positive: There was a mixup with my stay for my one-night booking. I was unable to retrieve the keys and unfortunately, I was not able to contact customer service. That evening, I did have a backup plan with a friend so it was ok. Palomar was swift in remedying the situation. I received a refund for that evening and Palomar even offered me one complimentary night to try their lodging again. They held true to their promise and I was able to stay at their property one night a few weeks later. The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable, well-decorated and in a great location. Mishaps aside, I truly enjoyed my stay. A business is only as good as their ability to remedy a problem, and this business went above and beyond to make it right. I am an expat living in Valencia and I do plan to book with Palomar in the future. Thank you all so much for the excellent service.
