Positive: We loved how homey the entire place felt. We were so comfortable and enjoyed everything about it. We were left with a bottle of wine & chocolates which we thought was SO kind. We will definitely be going back!

Positive: We loved our stay at pet friendly. There was a bottle of wine, chocolates, and treats for our fur babies to greet us. There was also a coffee bar with tea and coco. The owner responded promptly to our texts. We would definitely stay there again.

Positive: All I can say is I’ll never stay anywhere else. If not available, if possible, I’ll change my plans until it is available. DoorDash easy, perfect fenced in yard space. Cutest sitting area out back, with lights in the tree. The owner was extremely nice, and went above and beyond with a delicious bottle of wine and sweet note on the mirror!!! Thank you!!!!

Summary: I highly recommend staying here, I just hope it’s not when I want too!! Lol

Positive: Welcomed with local wine, chocolate and easy entrance. Outfitted with quality kitchen and bath necessities. The well stocked kitchen included coffee and all one needs for leisurely morning! All linens are provided- a huge plus!

Positive: Beautiful, thought touches throughout the house. Big bedrooms and TV for each. Great laundry room, kitchen! Loved it!

Negative: The address of the house on Booking.com is misleading. I was familiar with the area and thought I was getting a house in Salter Path which is just a couple miles from the beach on the island. Disappointing to find out it was actually Newport which is a longer drive, according to the homeowner 10 miles to the beach. The next question says one of the closest beaches is Indian Beach, which is close to Salter Path. We were not in Salter Path. Again, misleading.

Summary: Lovely home, but should be told it is not that close to the beach.

Positive: The owner (Jennifer) did a great job communicating and having all the items that as a traveler you might forget or not have. Provided all coffee items, bags and wraps in kitchen, qtips/cotton balls, and female emergency kit in bathrooms, welcome snacks, and a bottle of wine! Jennifer really thought of everything!
