This lovely Pine Island villa paradise, located in Bokeelia, Florida, is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with loads of privacy. Spacious and charming inside, beautiful serene views outside, large pool and cozy lanai -- this is the perfect peaceful getaway. Plenty of room to park your boat. Nearby adventures include biking, kayaking, shopping in Matlacha, fishing, sailing, sunbathing and snorkeling. Watch a breathtaking sunset from the large pier just a few miles north. Your paradise awaits!
Beautiful and well-kept single family home in a quiet community and private back yard, pool, gas grill, comfortable outdoor furniture and hammock. Minutes to places of worship, museum, bike rental, kayak rental, biking paths and library.
The private pool is roughly 12.5'x24' in size. Feel free to use the floaties and pool noodles located in the storage bin and lanai.
Screened patio in the front and screened lanai in the back with lounging furniture and evening string lighting. Inside and in the screened in areas are SMOKE FREE. Smoking is allowed outside, but please dispose of your smoking remnants appropriately.
There is a full kitchen, ready to use with everything you might need, including blender, coffee maker, toaster, crockpot, baking sheet, wine glasses, and much more. Feel free to inquire about anything.
Living room has a smart TV connected to a Peacock box (comcast/xfinity) to access apps such as Netflix, YouTube, etc. The master bedroom has a smart TV with an amazon firestick. Wifi is available with a password that's located in the Welcome Folder on the buffet.
The master bathroom has a large walk-in shower and closet. All bedrooms have closets with poles/hangers and shelving and/or drawers as well as extra bedding. Full length mirror is located in the large twin bedroom closet. The shared bathroom has a full tub. Both showers have hosed shower heads, toiletries, hair dryer, and fresh towels.
There is a desk area in the master bedroom with an office chair, keyboard tray, and power strip.
Laundry area includes washer, dryer, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and a laundry basket. There is an iron and ironing board in the master closet.

Summary: Perfectly appointed home with relaxing vibes. Our family of five adults stayed with plenty of room to play and rest. The backyard is an oasis. The first day we had a tortoise eat a pineapple piece out of my Dad's hand and 20 minutes later, a peacock visited us for about 10 minutes in the backyard. LeeAnn was wonderful to work with and very responsive. Highly recommend.

Summary: OMG! this is just a wonderful place to just unwind, relax and let the life just pause a bit. Thank you LeAnn for sharing your place with us Everything from start to the end was fabulous and we could clearly see that the property was arranged and well-kept to make our experience better We canceled a few of our day trips just because this beautiful house was not letting us go out. LOL. The kids just loved the pool and they spent most of their evenings there. I agree with LeAnn's comments on letting it remain an open pool and I can see why! The pleasure of dipping in some warm water after a warm day is absolutely wonderful! Lol We enjoyed our card nights while we were there and loved how a proper thought process was put onto the fact that there should be something for every age to enjoy Publix was only 5 mins drive for your grocery needs and there are some really good restaurants there with really friendly people We loved our stay and we would book this property again Great job LeAnn RKG
