Summary: De toegangsweg vanaf de parkeerplaats naar t huis was steil en mijn man kon amper lopen ivm een probleem met zijn enkel. We mochten de koffers wel over deze weg vervoeren naar het huis bij aankomst. Maar verder bleef het hek op slot. Ik heb aangegeven bij Maurizio dat het voor mijn man niet te doen was iedere keer die weg naar boven te lopen.. Maar omdat er vijf jaar geleden een auto in het zwembad was gereden vanaf het toegangsweggetje wilde hij niemand daar nog in zijn afwezigheid laten rijden. We besloten na drie dagen te vertrekken en meldde hem dat. Toen zei hij ons de sleutel wel te willen geven.. Maar toen waren we al gepakt en gezakt en klaar voor vertrek. Ik heb alle bagage naar beneden gesjouwd , want hek dus dicht en Maurizio pas in de middag ter plekke om dat voor ons open te doen. Onbegrijpelijk dit alles. Het was zo duidelijk te zien met hoeveel moeite mijn man de weg naar het huis aflegde, waar dat ook met een auto had gekund…

Summary: Wij werden vriendelijk ontvangen door de gastheer. Het huisje zelf is heel rustig gelegen, comfortabel en zeer proper. Het zwembad iets lager gelegen maar vlot bereikbaar en ook netjes onderhouden. Fijne streek, heel mooie natuur. Ideaal voor wandelingen. Apecchio zelf is heel rustig. Voor diegene die graag naar een stad of naar de zee trekken moet je wel een uurtje rijden voorzien.

Summary: Erg mooie omgeving! Afgelegen, maar genoeg voorzieningen in het dorp. Bovenop de heuvel heb je een prachtig uitzicht! Het huis is ruim en goed ingericht. De eigenaar is erg behulpzaam en attent. Hij ontvangt met wijn en taart, brengt 's ochtends wel eens koffie en iedereen maakt op een woensdagavond de pizza-party mee! Je hoeft je niet aan te melden, je wordt verwacht! Voor uitstapjes moet je rekening houden met langere ritten vanwege het bergachtige landschap, maar in de directe omgeving is ook genoeg te zien. Gezien het prijspeil in de streek kun je beter uit eten gaan dan telkens in de supermarkt boodschappen doen. Het zwembad is uitstekend: er zijn genoeg ligbedden en stoelen voor iedereen. Omdat het zwembad een stukje lager ligt dan het huis, is er bij het zwembad een huisje met WC en een koelkast om je drinken te bewaren. Aanbevolen bestemming!

Summary: Prachtige plek en precies het goede appartement van de 4 mogelijkheden. Veel privacy en een eigen tuin en buiten met ligstoelen. Eigenaar erg aardig en de gezamelijke pizza avond was helemaal gezellig en uiterst goed verzorgd. Echt top!

Summary: Vriendelijk ontvangst. We kregen bij aankomst cake en een drankje aangeboden van de eigenaar. Op de kamer stond een fles drank en water klaar. Mooie omgeving, mooi huis, met mooi zwembad.

Summary: Zeer gastvrije ontvangst door Maurizio, en zijn familie en niet te vergeten Maya de hond. Deze familie doet er alles aan om het naar je zin te maken. Het is een heerlijk huis waar in werkelijk alles het thema zonnebloem terugkomt. Ook de omgeving is erg mooi. Bij het huis zit een schaduwrijke tuin met lekkere stoelen. Hoogtepunt de pizza avond die werd georganiseerd, waar ook een groot deel van de familie bij aanwezig was.
