OVERVIEW: Intended to be your home away from home! This lovely PET-FRIENDLY 2 BR, 2.5BA townhouse is the ultimate summer getaway for your friends, family, and fur baby. This two-story townhome features updated modern furnishings, a rear patio with seating & propane grill, and a real wood-burning fireplace. The ground level offers an open concept with your living room, kitchen, access to the rear patio, and dining area. Queen sleeper available in the living room w/ large flat-screen TV and powder room. The 2nd level offers two master suites with queen beds, flat-screen TVs in each master, and a large semi-private balcony. Come and enjoy Rehoboth Beach for that much-needed all-season week retreat, weekend getaway, corporate retreat, winter getaway, etc. This home is available all year to rent. Affordably Priced/Great Location/Great Townhome!
LOCATION: Located off the beaten path but close to everything in downtown Rehoboth Beach! This townhome is ONLY four blocks to the beach & our famous boardwalk and ONLY one block to Rehoboth Ave, where you will find five five-star restaurants, tax-free boutiques, and much more.
AMENITIES: Free Wi-Fi, full washer & dryer, and central AC/Heat. Scarborough Village has had a complete exterior makeover, two assigned parking spots, and a community saltwater pool available to guests. (Pools are typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day)
PARKING: Off-street parking for two cars.
THINGS TO KNOW: The 199.99 processing fee is non-refundable in the event you cancel Streaming services only. Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a linen rental package. Each bed has a comforter/blanket, pillows, and mattress pads. One dog is permitted with a pet fee. No smoking! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Summary: Place was nice :) great communication with realtor. Prob wouldn’t rent again due to the spiral stairs. Didn’t realize how intimidating they are. Kitchen had brand new appliances and every utensil needed. Not mentioned in listing however bed mattresses are very hard thick foam…not comfortable. Prob a soft mattress pillow topper would solve that. Overall it was a great trip and place was fine.

Summary: We enjoyed the location and quiet area and the town house was nice. We stayed further from the beach because we were excited by the chance to use the pool (featured in all photos including the one on my screen now) and the "pet friendly" description (which really should say "dog" friendly as cats are not allowed). The Remax team members were great and the place is very nice and clean. We couldn't really swim because the pool water was quite cold. While the listing didn't say the saltwater pool was heated, I looked up the address and found other listings for the property (e.g., condos for sale) that said it was before booking. We also were told we couldn't use the fireplace when it was chilly at night though there were logs there, and it is mentioned in the listing (though probably not expected to be used this time of year usually but it was cool - see note above). Anyway, it was a nice and relaxing vacation but I do feel like we paid a premium at a daily (not weekly) rate though we stayed a full week, and we weren't able to take advantage of everything we had initially hoped for when I made the reservation (e.g., bring our cat, use the pool). We also had to request sheets that fit our master bed as it was king and the rental delivery folks only sent queen. Verna and Tricia and the team were very pleasant and helpful in addressing concerns they could and recommending things to do around town, and I already shared pictures from our time at the state park. Summary: This townhome was perfect for our family of four and dog. The neighborhood was a nice surprise--quiet and lovely homes yet close to everything. We walked everywhere. The property itself was just what we needed. The kitchen had the essentials and there was enough space for all of us. A bonus is that there is a daybed in the second upstairs bedroom, which meant my two daughters each had their own bed!

Summary: The condo is ideally located in Rehoboth in a quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance from the beach, restaurants and shopping. It's clean and perfectly furnished for our needs since other family members were staying in nearby rentals. So gathering was simple as well as creating space when necessary. That flexibility was ideal for us all--especially for the teenagers! And will be used in future years!
