Positive: Very close to beach-short walk

Negative: I didn't realize it did not have a washer/dryer (but that is on me for not making sure it was in the listing)

Summary: House was very clean with plenty of cozy linen, extremely pet friendly -yard is fenced in!

Positive: We loved the house, fenced in yard, the deck, fire pit, gas grill and hospitality of the owner!

Negative: The only reason for not giving 10s across all categories is that there is currently no privacy in the property’s outdoor space. It’s close to road and there is lots of traffic on Oak Ave., but shrubs are planted and, once they grow a bit more, they will provide a screen from road and add privacy. If the speed limit was reduced on Oak Ave and the community invested in a bike/walking trail on Oak Ave. that would make this property exceptional in all categories!

Summary: Expectional house and accommodations only a short walk to beach and short drive to National and State Parks!
