Summary: The house was great, nice quite neighborhood. My kids enjoyed the pool very much. Property manager very responsive and quick to fix any issues and question we had.

Summary: When I read that there were security cameras on the property, it raised red flags. The neighborhood was a bit run down. The property needs TLC. The grass was very tall, and the weeds were taller. There was poison Ivy growing up the house and growing over the fence. The house was clean. But it reminds me of a bachelor pad, bare minimum and a little grungy. It would have been nice to have a few extra towels and blankets. But, the kitchen was well stocked and we ultimately had what we needed. The pool was great and clean. The kids really enjoyed swimming. But there was no playing in that yard.

Summary: This was exactly what we wanted and it definitely delivered. One of the best vacation experiences we have had , we will definitely look into booking this one again. Everything from booking to leaving was very easy, thank you for allowing us to celebrate the 4th of July with our Marine.

Summary: the pool was great!! the house was not clean to me. There was pet hair everywhere. It coated the rugs and there were hairballs on the floor in different spots. The walls need to be cleaned and repainted. the bathrooms could use a huge update. Just not up to par with other places we have rented. The house had plenty of room for my family and the fenced in back yard was great.

Summary: This is a nice house. Everything was pretty clean, the only cleanliness issue was a dirty shower curtain which we replaced. The only other thing was that there could have been a few more towels and washcloths, which I called and left a message about. The contact was very quick to call back and took care of this very quickly. Overall this was a nice house in a quiet neighborhood and if it is available when we come back to Jacksonville we would definitely stay here again.
