Summary: This house was absolutely perfect for our wedding! Firstly, we couldn’t have asked for better views! Plus, the house is set up so perfectly for an event that we knew we would have a great time whether rain or shine. Most importantly, Greg was incredible to work with! He communicated with us from start to finish, provided local recommendations and checked-in periodically to make sure we had any and all information we needed to ensure a great weekend!

Summary: Our group normally rotates from the mountains to the beach for our annual retreats. We are now thinking of staying at this house only for our annual retreat. The house was well-maintained, and clean, and everybody had their own bathroom!

Summary: We had a family vacation here and it was lovely. Despit the terrible weather from Debbie, we felt so comfortable in the house and made the best, ultimately had a great time. The only complaint we really have is wishing there was a hot tub. It would have been really nice to have one, especially with raining weather.

Summary: Great house for a large family gathering. Very accommodating. Very large spacious kitchen and more than enough beds in each room. Strictly a beach vacation since there is very little of entertainment and restaurants for teens but we loved being on the beach.

Summary: We rented this property for a small intimate wedding weekend of 40 people. It could not have been a more perfect venue and lodging option! The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The dining/great room and balcony was so perfect for seated meals and gathering! The pool area accommodated our entire group and was a highlight with heated pool! Thank you Greg!

Summary: Our large group enjoyed this well-appointed home for our family vacation! The house was clean, equipped with everything we needed to cook meals and the common areas were large enough to accommodate our group of about 30 which ranged from toddlers to grandparents. The accessibility of the home was also wonderful. The beach access and views from the house were appreciated by all. It was easy to step out onto the second or third level porch and see the pool and the beach which we loved. The dance floor area made for a fun party atmosphere! Additionally, the owners of the home were very responsive to our inquires. We will definitely recommend this home to our family and friends traveling to the area and can’t wait to return for our next vacation!

Summary: Great place to stay. Plenty of space for cooking, eating and playing games together in the house. Nice beach access with easy cleanup before hitting the pool. Rocking chairs on the balconies got a lot of use. Lovely week with the family.

Summary: We held our family reunion at this wonderful home. We had 38 people and every single one of them loved it! The home is exactly as described in the listing. It is well appointed so you feel like your in a welcoming vacation home. Every room had its own well-prepared restroom plus a general restroom near the kitchen and one for easy access from the pool. The beach is an easy walk from the house and they had beach chairs available for our use. The pool is perfect for those “non-sand” fans. The kitchen is well equipped. Everything we needed was there, often in multiples. Family recipes were shared and it was easy to bring them to life. The owner is an excellent communicator and very responsive. This is such an amazing house. You won’t be sorry if you rent it. ENJOY!!!
