Positive: Cute and clean. Good amenities for what we needed.

Negative: Walls were a little thin, so we could hear conversation and dishes clinking in the unit next to us, but it didn’t really bother us. We were in unit B, so the parking is around the side of the house, so you either have to walk across the yard or walk along the street, around the corner, and up the walk. Again, our stuff wasn’t too heavy so it didn’t bother us much but I could see it being a problem if someone was in a wheelchair or has trouble walking.
