Summary: We were there for my son's graduation. The place says sleeps 8 which would have been perfect for the adult family members attending. Unfortunately some of the twin beds listed were trundle beds, which are not very good for adults. My family also said the mattresses were very uncomfortable. If these issues are addressed this will be a great spot for future renters. The place was very clean and near many restaurants and the beach. Overall it was a pleasant place to stay

Summary: Clean and quaint - nicely renovated. Beautifully furnished and decorated, very comfortable. Dog friendly is a real plus. Owner was very responsive to a few minor things. The location near Matunick Beach is convenient and the views from the upper deck out over the marina are fantastic. We had a full house with family for JWU graduation weekend and could not have been more pleased. It would be a great destination for extended family with the other two cottages on the property. Only wish there would have been one fully fenced in space
