Summary: Owner was super responsive. Interior was nice and clean. Comfortable beds. Nice amenities. Overall a 5 star inside. Exterior could use some cleanup-lots of weeds and high grass. Patio and porch were not used but could have used a sweep with a leaf blower.

Summary: Wonderful stay at this property despite the weather. House has everything you need. Even had a latern light to use in case the power went out. We stayed cozy indoors listening to the rain fall and even saw deer in the front yard. This is our second time staying here and we will definitely be back.

Summary: The cottagewas in a great location but neighborhood was a little run down. Cottage was cute and clean. The bed wassuper comfortable. The shower was odd being in the big black tub. Also the lighting outside was very dim for the dogs.

Summary: What a quiet and lovely place! Even though it’s close and convenient to town, the location up on the mountain makes it peaceful. The bed in the bedroom is comfy, the bathroom is unique & beautiful, and the kitchen is well-equipped (you might even find a mug for your fave NFL team!). The outdoor seating area is covered, and the trees were filled with birds. Bonus? The basement area is so fun to explore! Communication with Lauren & Mike was fantastic - they send you so many recommendations in advance of your stay. If you’re staying in Hot Springs, stay here!!!

Summary: The property is in a secluded, quiet neighborhood. Everything was clean and we were in close proximity to the Historic Downtown District of Hot Springs. The King Size bed was very comfortable and clean. The Jacuzzi tub and shower were nice!
