Summary: I came to this property, but a different chalet last year. Both trips were amazing! I kind of wish the celing fan worked in this cabin, but LOVED the jacuzzi bathtub! My husband has already asked when we are going back

Summary: We went over New Years weekend and it was wonderful! Clean, good information provided by the owner prior to and upon arrival, and had just about everything we needed. Easy to get to town and not a bad drive to other area attractions. But 2 things to be aware of for future visitors: The average temp while we were here was in the low 30s. Even with the heaters provided in the cabin, we still had some difficulty with keeping warm. One door had some slight gapping in one corner and since the cabin is mostly elevated from the ground, the floors were always freezing. Easy fixes with some of the extra towels that were provided and doubling up on socks. Also, when arriving there were very little lights around the turn off and drive up to the cabin. There are a few drop offs and the turn into the cabin driveway is steep if you go at the wrong angle. Make sure you arrive while it is still daylight to get the lay of the land for your safety. Otherwise, I can't say enough nice things about this place. They provided more towels than we ever expected, the hot tub was clean and warm when we arrived, it was pet friendly and so easy to book, perfect amount of room for 2 people or a small family, and great outdoor space that is making us consider a second trip in the spring or summer to be able to use. Would definitely recommend this location!
