Summary: The room was very nice and clean. The breakfast room was clean and well maintained. The elevator was not clean and the surrounding area around the entrance to the elevator was not clean.

Summary: Staff was very friendly. You get what you pay for . It wasn't terrible but our bathroom light quit working & there's mice in the lobby.

Summary: This hotel stay left alot to be desired, we stayed for 3 nights while attending the BigFoot Festival in Sutton as a vendor. Wifi never worked which we needed for any custom orders we would take at the festival. the carpet in the room was filthy, My wife got out of the shower and walked around for 5 minutes and her feet were black. We had to wear shoes at all time while in the room. Customer Relations for Best Western has not responded nor has the hotel since we complained back on June 27th, 2025, even though customer relations said it wouldn't take any longer than 2-5 days. Completely unhappy with this location

Summary: The staff was great. Otherwise very so so, old and outdated, bathtub wouldn’t drain after short shower, floor creaked, breakfast choices were few but again great , friendly staff
