Summary: This Place was great and worked well for us celebrating a 50th birthday with 5 couples! Very spacious with lots of rooms and things to do. The house is also a short drive to so many great towns like Greenville, Hendersonville, and Asheville!

Summary: This house was perfect for our 3 generation family vacation. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for the 9 of us, and the two upstairs bathrooms had double sinks with huge vanities. The house was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen had every imaginable pot, pan, and cooking utensil, including a blender and an air fryer! Our kids and grandkids had a blast shooting pool, playing poker, and catching fireflies 😊. We were perfectly located to go to Lake Jocassee (one hour), the Green River (45 minutes), downtown Greenville (15 minutes), and to see waterfalls. Geoff and Amy were incredibly responsive. I would absolutely stay here again!

Summary: The house was fantastic. Plenty of room for our group of girls. The house was close to downtown, shopping, hiking and eveyrhing on our itinerary. I would definitely recommend it and would stay there again.

Summary: The place was nice and large, but one of the rooms had no window and a very very hard mattress. Two of our guests could not even sleep on the beds and had to get a hotel room!!!!! The location was good, convenient to Paris Mountain and downtown. It was clean and there was ample supplies. However, there were a lot of rules in reference to the grass, etc. that put a damper on things. There was a hot tub listed and there was no hot tub which would have made some of our guests happier. Thanks.
