The 2-bedroom Guest House at the beachfront Pescadero Palace has an excellent location on Playa Pescadero, a pristine 3-mile white sand beach, just 5 minutes from Todos Santos and 40 minutes from downtown Cabo San Lucas. Amenities include a heated swimming pool, infinity edge Jacuzzi, waterfall, free wifi, satellite TV’s, full kitchen with all appliances and utensils, A/C, laundry facilities on premises, bi-weekly maid service, and spectacular ocean view of the Pacific Ocean. Beds include a king size in the master bedroom, 2 twins and a double in the guest bedroom, and a single futon in the living room. There is a private gated entrance, and the entire property is walled for your security. For our guests to enjoy we also have soft top surfboards, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, and double kayak with fishing pole mounts, and more!

Summary: Robert's property is fantastic. Three rental units share the compound. Everything is very well maintained and surfing off the point is one of the best breaks in the area. Robert was very responsive and accommodating. We'll definitely come back.

Summary: This place is amazing! Perfect location to access Todos Santos and Cerritos. Robert is a gem and he supplies everything you need for a beach vacation. We really appreciated the beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and surf boards. We will never forget the starry nights from the roof top patio. We will definitely be returning to this vacation spot.

Summary: We loved this quiet, private 4 unit villa on the beach! Our unit had a roof top deck with a 360 view including the surfers riding the waves and an occasional whale. The pool and spa are shared but felt almost like private space. And Robert, the host, was great. He made us feel at home and even took the time to help us with our rental car when it failed to start. Robert also operates an ultralight aircraft tour where you can whale watch from the air. Definitely recommend this villa for those seeking a quiet but fun beach vacation Joyce and Michael D.

Summary: Our stay was great - too short, but we'll definitely be back for both the home and the area! Robert was easy to communicate with, very responsive and flexible, all the amenities were as is described and discussed. We had a great time at the palace, Pescadero, and San Pedrito and will recommend to friends and family.
