Positive: Very carefully thought of. Loved the details. Also the flat is very tastefully designed - the right decoration, furniture & fittings created the right ambience.

Negative: This is not a critic but more of a suggestion. Lack of a wash basin outside the bathroom and toilet. Air-conditioning units in every room. Lower plug points and place nearer to a table. The sitting room should have one or two side tables easy for us for us to put our drinks and snacks on.

Summary: Overall I like what the owner have done to the place and definitely will recommend to others.

Positive: The rooms are renovated from wooden style kampung house. Like the kampung style renovation with some great decorations. The host provided shampoo, complimentary drinks and snacks.

Negative: It is little dusty in the entrance staircase area but it doesn't affect the overall experience. The other areas are clean.

Positive: A lot of things.. the free snacks, can drinks, instant coffee/tea, biscuits.. u name it.. 😄 . The board games, theres quite a lot, including congkak. If u like short n quick reading.. theres a lot of historical book which add on to your general knowledge. I must say.. the owner is very generous by providing a lot of other things u dont usually find in other homestay. Kudos to the owner and keep it up.. As for the place, well, its a shoplot one floor above, well decorated with its unique concept.in short, what is shown is what u get.. 2 toilets are at the back, one for your "business" and the other for shower. Kitchen and utensil is more than enough.. Parking space, there is a public parking space which is free over the weekends and 60 cents per hour with a max Rm5 per day. Stayed with my family of 6 and had a great time during our stay.

Negative: Probably, having a sink in the bathroom would be nice..😅

Positive: Conducive, comfort, clean and beautiful… Feel like own house! Easy to find food because the location is in the town it self… ni need to drive👍

Negative: The stairs too high… not suitable for seniors. Only one toilet provided.

Positive: Great environment & ambience, great location at town centre nearby many shops, a lot of amenities from snacks to toiletries (even board games). However, sorry forgot to turn off all the switches since suddenly the place blacked out we thought there was an auto switch. Definitely will come again some day.

Positive: Pertak Siring brought back some good ol memories of my late grandparents house...such a surreal classic vibes. The host was generous provide guests w lots of snacks,3 in 1,canned drinks..betcha no one wont starved staying here :)
