We can arrange your round trip to and from the airport with a private driver at a cost less than what you would pay for a taxi ride. Forget the rental car. You won’t need it. Your concierge team will greet you upon arrival and make sure everything is in order as you settle in. You can simply hide away until it’s time to leave, if that is your choice. Just outside that same gate, hop on a bus (they are old school buses) “Transito Urbano” for a 5-10 minute ride to downtown, Plaza Mijares, and the Art District, with too many shops, bars and restaurants to count!
The impeccable 5-star resort caliber grounds at Las Mananitas are tended to daily by a small army of landscapers, and a 24/7 security force quietly blends in.

Summary: This is a beautiful property in a good neighborhood. There is a park nearby as well as easy walk to the grocery store and you can get anything you need there. Only problem we had was unable to exchange USD to pesos. Alot of places do not accept credit cards. You need to tip at grocery for 2 people who bag your grocerys. Bring small bills as it is difficult to get the correct change for USD.

Summary: My husband and I loved this property. The views were beautiful, it was very comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed, walking distance to restaurants and groceries, quiet and relaxing. The pools at the property were lovely too. We had the property manager arrange for transportation from the airport and had him do some shopping for essentials prior to our arrival. We were impressed with the level of service and the quality of the amenities. We would love to return again for another visit.

Summary: The place was extremely clean and well stocked. We loved the deck and the ocean, front and view. We felt very secure at all times and would love to return. The only comment I would make is that we were under the impression that we would see the concierge on the day we arrived or at one point early on in the stay. But the only point of communication was by way of WhatsApp. However he did respond quite quickly when we messaged him and it all worked out. Thanks again for the lovely stay!

Summary: Couldn’t have been better, condo was perfect, all things furnished. Deck was perfect for hanging out. Grocery store a 2blk walk, grills by pools, eateries galore in neighborhood. Ramon was available if needed. Highly recommend this unit

Summary: We sure lucked out in discovering Las Mañanitas and Bert’s condo this year! We have stayed in many different places over the years and the bar has now been set to a new high with our recent stay. From booking to communication along the way, to check in, Bert has perfected the process. Ramon was very helpful in answering any of our questions and meeting us at check-in and checkout. The furnishings, the linens, the well stocked kitchen as well as the view made for a perfect stay. The filtered water is a big plus for us, no worries about buying bottled water. We could refill our own water bottles and off we’d go. Everything is high quality and top-notch. Our favorite place to hang out was the two chaises on the balcony where we could sit at any hours of the day and watch whales with our binoculars. We had every creature comfort we could possibly need. This made for a perfect girlfriend’s trip! We loved the pools, the grounds, the proximity to restaurants and downtown. We like to have a rental car because we drive different places but when we go to dinner or downtown, we take Uber which is super affordable. We can’t thank Bert and Ramon enough for our wonderful stay, we are completely spoiled now, and will always stay at Las Mañanitas!
