Positive: very clean and the location was lovely!
Negative: There was no way to block out the light in the early AM so sleeping was difficult. We only had a heavy comforter or a sheet and we needed a light blanket, they could not provide one. Soap was empty in the shower.
Summary: Overall clean and beautiful location, unfortunately not conducive to a complete night of sleep.

Positive: Periwinkle is an adorable cottage with stunning views! It was very clean and well stocked. We loved waking up and watching the eagles catching fish while we drank coffee on the porch. It was so quiet and peaceful - just a perfect place to rest and renew. We have already recommended it to others!
Negative: Dealing with booking.com was challenging at best. We were supposed to get an access code to enter Periwinkle the day before but it never came, so I had to call but the rep gave me a hard time because we used my husbands credit card. It was impersonal, difficult and we will not use booking.com again. I am hoping the owners read this and find a different way to rent such a lovely property.
