Summary: This property is very clean, spacious, up to date and has really nice amenities! That being said...I think it's important to notate the areas where this property falls a little short.... 1. This property is basically a house divided. A single story, single family home is essentially spilt into two separate "residences". It is NOT a completely separate set up. 2. You must enter through the garage...after meeting with the homeowner to receive the garage door opener...there is no alternative, like an electronic lock...it created a little problem for me since I was arriving somewhat late at night. 3. THE AC IS SHARED...USING A SINGLE THERMOSTAT FOR BOTH "RESIDENCES"!!! I run "hot"...and when I'm on vacation, the first thing I do is set the thermostat to 68!!! That won't work here...the owner prefers the property at 74...and she's the boss...she was "freezing" when i adjusted the thermostat. She will override your temp...and if you run hot like me...you will be miserable! My room was 75 for 3 nights! 4. The bed is like a sponge! If you like a REALLY soft, spongy bed...have at it. I prefer a medium to firm bed...and this bed is NOT that...you literally sink into it. 5. There is NO BASIC CABLE OR TV...if you want to watch TV before bed...or in the morning...you must sign into your OWN Netflix, Prime, streaming service, etc. This unit offers to tv reception whatsoever. The owners have put a lot of work into this property...it just falls short in a few areas for me!
