Positive: Plenty of space, quiet and convenient location. Beds were comfortable and each room had its own air conditioner. Owner was prompt to respond to emails.

Negative: Smaller outdated kitchen, no working smoke alarms upstairs, stair railings were very loose, limited toiletries, couches were uncomfortable and looked stained.

Positive: The bed was comfortable and it it was very quiet neighborhood. It was a 4 plex but didn’t hear the anointing neighbors either. We liked having an upstairs bedroom and bath and a downstairs bedroom and bath.

Negative: The apartment could use some touch ups to walls. The couch downstairs had stains on it and had a bit of a must smell.

Summary: Appreciated the great communication with the host! Very responsive and helpful!

Positive: Location was good. Place had lots of amenities available. (Soap, towels, kitchenware etc)

Negative: We booked thru bookings.com and received a confirmation at a set price. After receiving confirmation, we received a message from host indicating that the price was more than indicated on the original booking and if we wanted to retain the place we had to give more money. Not happy with that practice.
