Summary: Bottom line up front. Excellent apartment but communication could be better. We had a hard time reaching the property manager and getting checked in. Suppose to be in at 4, took until 7 for someone to meet us. When Austin did meet us, he was courteous, professional and very thorough. Once we were in, the place was an amazing, well equipped space with all of the amenities we needed: cookware, extra towels & rags, K-cups, trash bags, laundry ‘ dishwasher pods Etc. Cleanliness and safety were excellent and the neighborhood was very family friendly. Austin made check out an absolute breeze.
