2 Bedroom House in French Quarter, Charleston

For travelers protection, enhanced cleaning protocols have been put in place to include disinfecting all surfaces, handles, knobs, remotes...with additional care in disinfecting all areas of the bathrooms. Keypad is also disinfected & there is a no contact procedure for check in/out. Thanks & be well!
We also provide a parking pass for a free spot in a 24 hour/in & out garage just around the corner (4 minute walk)!
Street parking for up to an hour is free for unloading.
Renovations (2022) have been completed…beautifully modern, complete updated bathrooms & kitchen! The addition of a 65" mounted TV in living room makes unwinding & watching your favorite shows a relaxing way to decompress. Nicely appointed interior & the entire until has been freshly painted.
We do include the cleaning in the daily rate, as well as parking. So no additional fees are charged by us!

Huntley Lodge, a quaint townhouse, is part of an original firehouse dating from 1812 - adjacent to Lodge Alley - a narrow cobblestone alley that connects historic East Bay Street and State Street that is reportedly the site of as many as 50 duels.
Enjoy your own private courtyard (walled and gated). This small private courtyard is adjacent to the large courtyard with gaslights and a large fountain which is part of the Historic Lodge Alley Inn... ‘home away from home’ for many celebrities that visit Charleston - Two blocks from Waterfront Park on the Charleston Harbor - steps away from most of Charleston's premier restaurants, one block from the Old Market, and an easy stroll to The Battery.
The townhouse has original wide plank heart pine floors upstairs and down. Two bedrooms upstairs, one with a queen bed and a king-size bed in the master; both bedrooms have private baths, and the master bedroom has a small balcony overlooking the courtyard. There are TV’s in both bedrooms.
There is a comfortable pull out sofa downstairs in the main living area facing the gas log fireplace and has access to a half bath. This home is ideal for two couples.
The location is perfect for traversing the city on foot!

Summary: This home is just as advertised - PERFECT! Perfect size, with 2 bedrooms and en-suite baths upstairs and a powder room, living room, dining room and kitchen downstairs. Perfectly working air conditioner - a necessity for June in Charleston Perfect location - Located walking distance to wherever you would want to go in downtown Charleston. Perfect host - Pam is a very responsive host who is extremely flexible and kind. Perfect parking - Access to a parking garage, via a gate card, a block and a half away is a dream for those driving in our renting a car to explore areas outside Charleston proper. What now can I say - this place was so PERFECT and I have no hesitancy in recommended or staying there in the future. Thank you Pam!

Summary: Very Charleston-ish, hidden from direct traffic. Very close ( walking distance) to everything you would want to see and do. Plenty of room, everything you would need for a vacation or just a weekend away. Great restaurants and shopping very close.

Summary: A fantastic property right in the heart of anything. We parked our car for a week and only used it once to golf. Very private once you close the courtyard gate, yet right outside the door a world of restaurants and activities await. The owners are quick to respond to answer questions. If going to Charleston, highly recommend this place.

Summary: We chose this place bc of the pics and location. It was just as we had hoped. Central to downtown Charleston, close to lots to landmarks, the harbor, the market, King street, all within walking distance. The house was perfect sized, clean, comfortable, it felt like home! We enjoyed all aspects of our trip, and this house was central to the enjoyment of our stay! I would Absolutely recommend this place to our friends and family!
