Summary: Lovely home steps from the naval academy. More than enough room for our family of 4. There was a storm the night before we arrived that resulted in a partial power outage. Once we notified them, both the owner and property manager responded promptly and were very accommodating. The rest of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend for the historic Annapolis experience!

Summary: Wonderful stay. The home had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Can't beat the location and with 2.5 nice bathrooms and 4 beds everyone was comfortable. Wonderful to have the washer and dryer. Host was very easy to communicate with. It is an old historic house so the stairway is steep if anyone in your party has mobility issues.

Summary: We were visiting my son who is at the Naval Academy. The home is right on top of the Academy and a few hundred feet from down town. Incredibly clean home. May need a few more larger pots for pasta for a larger group. Maybe needs a few steak knives. But, hey, what a great place.

Summary: The house is located in the heart of downtown Annapolis. This property was very clean and my family from France enjoyed the amenities the property provided. They were able to walk to the waterfront, restaurants and boutiques in downtown Annapolis. I highly recommend staying at this perfect location.

Summary: Excellent location! Very close to the pedestrian gate at USNA. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. Bedrooms and bathrooms very comfortable. Nice outdoor patio area. Parking can be tricky although free parking in the St Johns college parking garage is available on the weekends. Overall, an excellent option for your stay in Annapolis and we look forward to returning.

Summary: The house, built in the 1800’s, is small, but suited our 4 adults and two pre-teen boys well. The location is excellent if you want to be within a 5-10 minute walk to the Naval Academy as well as the action of downtown Annapolis and the harbor. The house is clean, has excellent decor and is comfortable.
