Thank you for checking out our property. We purchased this home on June 9, 2023, and are enjoying sharing it with our guests. This renovated home easily sleeps 4, but can accomodate one or two more.Please note there is an additional charge for more than 4 guests to offset expenses. The house is set back from the road on Route 16 and is conveniently located two miles from town. We are close to local attractions but just far enough away, making this home the perfect “getaway." The pictures truly speak for themselves. There is an efficient kitchen open to the living room, half bath, sunroom and bedroom on the 1st floor and the master has a full bath with walk in shower on the 2nd floor. Complimentary k cups, Nespresso pods, tea bags, sugar salt, pepper, cooking spray and other essentials such as press and seal, tin foil, paper plates, plastic cups and utensils are provided for your convenience as long as the owners are able to restock their supply between stays. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials of home for those that are looking to dine in! The property is close to Settler's Green, antique stores, shops and tons of restaurants. Attitash, Cranmore, Wild Cat and Black Mountain are also all nearby, providing year round fun. There are many hiking/skiing trails in the area and of course Mount Washington, the scenic railway and Kancamagus Highway. Brand new Keurig and Nespresso machine (please fill from water jugs provided DO NOT use tap water), blender, toaster and microwave. Wine fridge in sunroom and LG washer and dryer in basement for long-term stays. Linens, towels, hair dryer, toilet paper and paper towels provided as well as hand soap, dishwashing liquid and detergent. Parking for 2 cars in shared driveway.Though not required, we would appreciate you removing your shoes to help preserve the wood floors and cut down on debris from the gravel driveway and inclement weather (don’t forget to pack your slippers). Please be courteous of our neighbors and note that this is a non-smoking property which means smoking of any kind is not permitted inside or outside the premises. As much as we love our pups, we do not allow pets due to allergies. The entry code will be provided prior to check in. Our welcome binder contains information and instructions on items in the house as well as checkout instructions, menus and brochures of things to do. There are ring cameras for security purposes on the exterior of the property. Fantastic fall foliage starting mid September and lasting through the beginning of November! Great area for those who love nature trails, hiking, tubing, kayaking and skiing. Diana’s Bath, Cathedral Ledge, Saco River, Echo lake, Jackson Falls and Story Land are also nearby. North Conway has it all!! We can’t wait to welcome you to our home and hope we will have many guests who return year after year. Summary: Perfect place for my wife and I to stay during our spring ski/hiking trip to NH. Property was as described in listing, extremely clean, close to town, and host was very attentive and communicative. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Summary: Property was just as described! Great location and perfect for a couple (or couple and 2 kids.) Owners are very easy to get a hold of if you need anything! Hot tub was great after a day of skiing. Highly recommend and will be back!

Summary: The house is small but so cozy! The perfect amount of stay for 2 adults and our 7 year old. Minutes from downtown, great restaurants and Cranmore resort. Hosts are great and easy to communicate with. I would 10/10 recommend this rental!

Summary: Our family of 3 (myself, husband and 5yo daughter) had the best week at Chris & Dave's rental. We've been coming to the North Conway area for the last 8 or so years and this was the best rental experience we've had. First, the house was excellent. It's extremely well maintained and clean. Furniture was comfortable, kitchen had all the utensils and cookware you could think of, the hot tub, and they had a great size TV (not as common as you'd think with rentals!). Coming from out of town (NC) it was especially helpful that things like paper towels, dish soap, sponges, linens, towels, etc were included. They even had coffee pods stocked! The location is great for exploring the White Mountains area. Very easy access to all the outlets (don't skip LL Bean!), the covered bridge and cute town of Jackson, the Mt. Washington Omni (go for cocktails!), all the scenic highways, and more. Lastly, the communication was what really set them apart. Chris texted before the trip with so much helpful info, gave great recommendations, responded quickly to my lone fyi during the week, and gave eaay checkout instructions the day before we left. This will be our go-to spot for all future Conway trips!

Summary: This house is the perfect location just a mile or two north of all the shops and traffic. Across the main road is a scenic overlook of the White Mountains which were at peak during our visit. The owner was very helpful and communicated lots of great information to us. The bed was very comfortable. The hot tub was an added bonus after a day of hiking. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We celebrated our 22nd wedding anniversary. We have been going to the North Conway area since we were dating as teenagers. We had a great weekend for weather. This home is very convenient to North Conway and Jackson. The home is very clean and comfortable for two people. I would definitely recommend it. Chris was very easy to reach and provided thorough information for check in and check out.

Summary: My wife and I got married on September 22 and came here on the 23rd for our honeymoon. The house was just the right size and check in was so easy. Chris was responsive and let us check in a little early since the cleaners were done. The house was lovely! We thoroughly enjoyed the comforts of the house and the hot tub was great! It’s also close to a lot of things which made it easy to plan local things. Highly recommend and we plan to stay there again!
