Positive: Like tht it was comfortable. Cozy. Close to everything area look skidish. Little scary. But then we had no water I called the place owners I got a rude .answer. Told me just wait till it gets back was all morning n evening no water I ask for a partial refund thy said no

Negative: I stayed there because my other place didn't hv electricity. 1stt few nites was great had to get extra day and I didn't have no water all day. I called to get partial.tefu d thy said no so I left before my time. the host woman had to much attitude

Positive: Really great studio! It had everything you need and is exactly how it is in the photos. Host was very quick in responding to any concerns / questions we had. Host was extremely helpful whenever we encountered any issues like getting the A/C fixed or an exterminator come by. Studio has all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. Check in/ out was convenient since it’s just a lockbox. Really close to the beach as well, an 8 minute walk to a beach without a ton of tourists and peaceful!

Negative: Due to Puerto Rico’s climate, bugs can sometimes be present in the drains or in the bathroom. Thankfully the host has an exterminator come by for this reason.

Summary: Really comfortable and convienent access to highway / beach.
