Summary: Our Vrbo was lovely, easy to find & spacious. Our host, Lindsey, was easy to reach & answered in a timely manner. We had private accommodations which included the kitchen, bathroom, living & dining room. We were very comfortable. A light breakfast was included on the top floor common area & deck. Cereals, yogurt, bread & bars, make your own waffles, occasionally fruit & coffee, juice & milk. FYI/ It is on a street with a lot of weekday traffic in the morning, but is not noisy. The street parking fills up quickly in the evening, so we had to drive around a few times to find a spot. We found spots down the block or on the side street. Also, the WiFi did not work. It was centrally located in San Juan & was easy to get to places in all directions.The neighborhood felt safe. I would stay here again.

Summary: This place was a girls dream. Pink and intagrammable :) Chose it mainly because I was looking for a kitchen because I had kids and had to prep food. Nice decor/rooms with code locks/ AC in each room was a plus, even tv. It was so nice arrive after long tiring trip and heat to a nice clean spacious cooled place. The patio with the swing and the side of the house sitting area with beautiful flowers makes it a nice ambiance. It was very close to everything. We were a family of 5 and had a car. Close to san juan, condado beach, tmobile district (reccomend)where there is plenty of restaurants and entertainment until late in a safe upscale hotels strip. At first we were skeptical of the apartment neighborhood/appearance but later saw some streets was better. Also downtown area there were other hotels and seemed like a lot of tourists around. We never had issue feeling unsafe.Two blocks down a food truck park/lots of options and they had their own parking lot. We grocery shopped and cooked full brazilian meals with just the pans that was available. Two towels each room/ terrace/ packed breakfast cereals/bagel/oatmeal/ wrapped donuts etc. The only downside is that there is a good driveway that fits about three cars but we were told not to park there. Some days it was easy to find parking in street but because we would come home early, some nights not easy and we parked far and had to walk. I understand it would be hard for everyone to park,still inconvenient to worry. Recommend!!
