The Space:
A fabulous front line apartment located on the fourth floor in the prestigious Dolphin Quays development on Poole Quay. Benefits from two balcony areas with stunning harbour views and has been beautifully furnished throughout.
Main entrance lobby from The Quay. Lifts to 4th floor. Spacious hallways to front door. Hall, spacious Living / Dining area with doors to a large Balcony - direct Harbour views. Comprehensively equipped. Fully fitted Miele kitchen. Master bedroom (kingsize double bed) including a flatscreen television. A good size well lit en-suite bathroom (shower cubicle, separate bath, sink and toilet). Second bedroom (zip/link 5ft kingsize double or 2x 2ft 6ins twin beds). Both bedrooms benefit from access to a shared balcony area with lovely harbour views. Family bathroom, well lit with bath with shower over, sink and toilet.
Parking - One reserved parking spaces in the developments own secure car park (max height 2m/6`6").
Services - Duvets and linen provided (including bath and beach towels). Central Heating. Hairdryers.

Summary: We love it here as it is peaceful and there is always something to see going on in the harbour. We were there in Easter week and in future would avoid popular holiday times. The restaurants are very good, especially St. Tropez. With a small supermarket just outside the building and access to flat walking, it is ideal for us.

Summary: This is a lovely apartment, really nice fittings and furnishings, with everything you need to cater for yourself in the lovely kitchen. It is centrally located on the water front, with access to restaurants, takeaways and shops. The view is fantastic and there is a lot happening out on the water to entertain you. Definitely take binoculars with you. Quay holidays are really helpful, we had a beeping smoke alarm and they sent maintenance around to sort it out quickly. They also check in with you to make sure everything is alright.

Summary: This the first holiday accommodation we have stayed in where everything was supplied and not the usual minimum of cutlery and crockery. Everything was beautifully decorated and all the fittings and furniture tasteful and clean. The only thing missing was there was no non-stick spatula for the non stick frying pan, but there is one now! The kitchen had everything with excellent cooker hob and efficient oven. The apartment is near to many restaurants and very handle Tesco Express within 20 yards from entrance. The view, whatever the weather, is constantly changing. Therefore we sat in front of the patio window with a pair of binoculars and watched boats coming and going and the birds. It was a perfect place to relax and forget all the worries at home!
