Summary: If I could give 10 Stars I would do so. Gino was a fantastic host. I organized a college reunion for old friends and we all loved it. Great pool and jacuzzi...charmingly eclectic home reflecting owners travels around the world...the home was immaculate...nice big TVs and fully stocked with anything you might need. Gino wrote a great instruction manual on how everything works in the house plus he met us personally and showed us around the property. I highly recommend

Summary: The owner gave detailed instructions for everything and walked us through the property. He even let us check in early. It was an awesome place for our family reunion. It was spacious and clean. I will absolutely stay there again. I'm looking forward to more family reunion in the picturesque setting.

Summary: This home is absolutely gorgeous! It's clean and cozy. Plenty of room for the family to spread out. The yard is huge. Gino is a wonderful host and quick to respond. I feel like I made a new friend. I highly recommend this location if you're going to be in the area. Country vibe with everything you need right around the corner. Would definitely rent again. be in the area.

Summary: Upon our arrival we were met by Gino. He walked us through and showed us around. Very nice guy. House was well stocked with everything you would need. Pool and hot tub area was clean and bug free. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Gino's home worked perfectly for us to celebrate the 80th birthday of our oldest bother. Four of us brothers and our spouses travelled to this beautiful five bedroom, three and a half bath home easily accessible to The Villages for the celebration. The bedrooms and baths were all very comfortable and modern. Gino met us for a quick tour and was available to answer any questions or problems which might have come up. Overall our stay was very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this home for anybody looking for a trip to the area of The Villages where you are looking for a large, comfortable space.

Summary: Rented the property for a family reunion weekend. The listing is an accurate description and photos of the the property. The owner, Gino, made check-in and check-out very easy and provided great communication. The property was clean and well-stocked. The pool and hot tub were clean and inviting. We could not have asked for more. I highly recommend this property and host. Gino, my family and I absolutely enjoyed our time in your home. Thank you for sharing your space with us. It was the perfect location. We ended up being a party of 11 and it was wonderful to be able to spend quality time together in such a lovely and inviting space large enough for us to share time and meals together in comfort. We collectively concluded that it is a perfect location, being so close to shopping/dining and yet feeling like you are “out in the country” and in a very peaceful location.
