Summary: Always a great time in Ft Myers at this beautiful condo. It has everything we need to feel at home and the property amenities (pools and pickleball courts) are well maintained. We enjoyed our stay!!!

Summary: This property is in a great central location. The amenities including two pools ,clubhouse, library and pickleball courts are top notch. Close enough to the beaches and several bike routes nearby. I would highly recommend this property!

Summary: Checkin was very smooth and was pleased to find the condo was very clean. Enjoyed that each bedroom had their own separate bathroom. Many restaurants and stores in the area. The location worked perfectly for us. We loved the pool area, just a short walk from condo. Pool was always clean and heated. We were happy with our stay and would book here again. Great communication with Nan the owner. We didn't run into any problems during our stay.

Summary: Very comfortable fully renovated apartment. We visited several appartements in this community and this one has been completely redone with larger kitchen and enclosed bathrooms (bathrooms are opened in the bedrooms in others). Nothing has been spared for your comfort. It is one of the few apartments with gorgeous view on the lake and fountain which light up at night to enjoy romantic moments! The place is stocked up with all necessary things including pool and beach gears. The resort has 2 pools, gym, library, sauna, community room, beach style volley area, BBQ's, bike rack storages and large grounds for walk so you do not want to leave the resort. Conveniently located close to restaurants, grocery stores and 20mn drive to the beach. Owner is very nice and very responsive, ready to go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable. We highly recommend staying at this place!

Summary: This rental property was clean and comfortable. Nan was great with communications and prompt in taking care of a small issue with the dryer knob. Neighbors were friendly and the pool was amazing!!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay and accommodations were as expected. Only challenge upon arrival was the designated parking. Apparently the car port we were to park in was damaged during Ian and we had to go to the office to find out where to park, which was any of the unmarked spaces. The cleaning company was still in the unit 1.5 hours after the checkin time. They were apologetic. Love the ground floor unit and it's right across from the pickleball/tennis courts - BONUS!! The pool and hot tub were always clean. Didn't use the workout room but it looked nice. It's a great location. not far to the beach, Bonita, Estero, Cape Coral and Punta Gorda. Very centrally located. Found a quality gym nearby and nice walking/running trails, as well as fun little open air bars/watering holes :)

Summary: Owner Nan was super nice, place was the best that we experienced in Venetian Palms this being our 3rd rental, this unit was super clean , updated , beautiful bathrooms, freshly painted . It was a home away from home . Price was great .
