Villa Alkea is a wonderful two bedroom Villa with all amenities you could ask for during your holidays on Lefkada Island. At only a 5 minute drive is Nidri Town with lovely taverns, boutique shops, super markets, and its harbor that is the starting point for exciting sea adventures. Villa Alkea is part of a Villa complex of two villas with each villa having its own privacy. Its privileged location allows you to be close to Nidri Town but far enough to enjoy nature and the peace and quiet of a traditional Greek Village.
Entering Villa Alkea you walk into the fully equipped open plan kitchen with the dining table right in front to serve your tasty Greek meals straight to the table to enjoy. Next to the kitchen is the large living area with a comfortable seating area and a work desk, all with direct access to the private pool area. Summary: This is truly an amazing property in Nidri. It is conveniently located while remaining private. There was everything that we required for our stay and more. Summary: Really lovely villa, spotlesly clean indoors and out, especially the pool. Had everything we needed for a week in the sun. We were met by Spiros who was very friendly and took great pride in his villas. Location was great, away from the hustle and bustle of the town but close enough to drive there in a couple of minutes. Wonderful views down to Nidri and the islands from the terrace and balcony.

Summary: We travelled with family including a teenager and this property was perfect. The villa was clean, quiet and was equipped with everything you may need. The property was just as pictured and Spiro, our host was very welcoming and helpful. There is a taverna next door that looked good but we didn’t get a chance to try it this trip, other than that the area is only residential and vacation rentals but it is close to Nidri town (about 3km) for restaurants, shopping and cafes. Lefkada town with grocery stores, more shopping and restaurants is about a 15 minute drive. We enjoyed that the villa was a little bit away from everything so you can totally relax in peace after a busy day out exploring. There are a few cute beaches a short drive away, the larger more famous beaches are about a 35 minute drive (but totally worth it).I would definitely recommend staying here the villa was great and the island is beautiful. We would definitely stay at this property again. Thank you Spiros and Anna Liza!
