Yokoso's open plan living extends out to patios front and back, making the most of winter sun and cooling summer sea breezes. The large upstairs loft bedroom looks out over Sawtell to the sea. Upstairs there is also a generous walk-in robe and a quiet work station. A well-equipped small kitchen and outdoor barbecue invite cooking that can be gourmet grand or supremely simple.

Summary: Perfect location in a lovely part of this world. Easy access in and out of the property and out to other locations. Wonderful facilities and thoughtfulness to detail and providing a range of activities within the unit such as games, books, magazines, etc, whilst providing made-up folders or library of local knowledge including loads of tourist stuff. It was wonderful to stay in a unit that actually offered a 'cd' player and providing an eclectic range of their own cd's. Moreso it was great that all these things were functional and operational. Also nice to wake up in the mornings to nature, whilst overlooking the ocean's views from bed.Only 3 minutes away lies the Hilltopp Cafe, a funky and popular little cafe metres from an outlook over the ocean. And, 10 minute walk into Sawtell offering range of small independent shops, cafes, RSL, pub and funky boutique shops, including opshop.Thanks to our host Michelle.

Summary: Incredibly well-maintained and beautifully detailed cottage. A little machine for living in - play with the passive ventilation of the unit. Immacuate kitchen and beautiful linen. Summary: We had the most wonderful stay at this beachside split-level studio! Despite the torrential rain during our visit, we were perfectly content indoors thanks to the spacious yet cozy atmosphere. The studio was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen. We especially loved the high ceilings, books, games, and DVDs that kept us entertained. The beach was just a short walk away, which would have been amazing on a sunnier day, but we had no trouble relaxing inside. Michelle, the host, was fantastic—she was always available if we needed anything, but also respected our privacy. A truly lovely retreat that I’d highly recommend!

Summary: This property was well maintained, clean and cosey. It has more then enough room, is private and the host is just a stones throw away. Checki in was a breeze and you could contact the host if need be and nothing was to much. Iwe will return here without question.
