Welcome to your beautiful home away from home! Amazing mountain views surround this gorgeous property. Large stamped concrete covered patio offers plenty of open air seating complete with outdoor dining table and Traeger grill. The wood burning firepit is the perfect spot to roast smores as you to watch the sun dip down behind the mountains. The walking path behind the house leads to a pond and open space with plenty of trails.
This home is conveniently located between Boulder and downtown Denver and is well equipped with anything you may possibly need during your stay. The main living space provides seamless flow between kitchen and living area, perfect for entertaining. The upper level has 4 bedrooms with 2 of the bedrooms each having their own private bath. Laundry room with washer and dryer are available for your use on the upper level as well.
Finished basement provides a large couch to lounge on, as well as foosball, darts, pool, and ping pong to keep everyone entertained. There is also a large game closet full of all sorts of toys and board games for both young and old.

Summary: This home had it all and was perfect for our family. We had 8 adults and had plenty of room. There were several things to do when the weather was not cooperating. We especially liked the outdoor space to enjoy at the end of a long day or in the morning to start our day. The basement was comfortable and perfect for all of us to be in one setting while playing pool, darts, pingpong or foosball. Location was ideal for touring the parks and downtown venues!

Summary: The house has everything it advertises and is ideal for large families or families traveling together. Lots of things to keep kids entertained. Property is in a quiet neighborhood great for relaxing or taking a nice walk. Property manager is very responsive and easy to deal with. Cleanliness only got knocked down to 4 stars because the people before us left the outdoor trash overflowing (not property manager's fault) and the cleaning staff left some wet towels in the laundry. The only other cons: a toll road is the easiest way to get there. There are ways to avoid the tolls, but if you want a straight shot be prepared to pay. There is also some religious imagery that could be off-putting to some. Other than those small issues, I would highly recommend this house.

Summary: We had 8 men stay here for my 30th birthday party. The property had everything we needed and more, and the property manager was very pleasant to deal with and replied quickly. We had a few guys flying in very early on the day we were checking in. Emily was great about accommodating us to check in earlier so that they didn't have to hang out at the airport all day! All of the amenities described in the listing made the stay a lot more fun, since there was so much to do when we got back from our other planned activities. The ping pong and pool was a big hit with our group. We tried the community pool which was really nice. It's a little far from downtown Denver, but the space and amenities at the house were well worth a few extra minutes of driving. Highly recommend!!!

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay in Broomfield! The house had everything you could possibly need! The kids had a blast in the basement- so much to do! The outdoor space was amazing- plenty of seating and outdoor activities. Emily was wonderful to work with. Highly recommend this property!
