Positive: Hosts were lovely! They were super attentive. Back deck was great, and we ate a few meals out there. The suite was very clean, with easy to use appliances including washer/dryer combo. Convenient to Boulder and Denver.

Negative: I guess I misunderstood what "garden view" meant. The Garden suite is in a basement and is quite cold and dark, with no window views at all in the main room, since it's a basement. The bedroom window basically looked up at a bunch of bikes. Bathroom lightbulbs flickered all the time, as did closet bulb. Queen bed caves into the center (it's a bit like sleeping "uphill"?).

Summary: This was a lovely, convenient, friendly property. Basement apt is dark and cold though.

Positive: This was such an adorable place for a family to stay! My kids loved the separate rooms that were still close to each other. The beds were sooo comfortable! Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Negative: One teeeny thing would be the no private entrance to the room …. I hated not being able to go to my car to grab something I forgot because it’s late and i didn’t want to wake the host with their dogs barking at me for opening the door.
