Summary: Great location. Nice neighbors. Comfortable bed. Abundance of linens, beach blankets. Nice and convenient washer and dryer on site. Wish there was a tv in the bedroom. Living room couches dated. Overall happy with stay.

Summary: The cottage was in a good location and was very well stocked. The negative feature was the thin and uncomfortable mattresses that made sleeping difficult.

Summary: We really enjoyed this quaint cottage. It had everything we needed in working order. It was clear that the cottage was from a bygone era, but that made it all the more charming. Its many amenities include a washer-dryer, and dishwasher! The beach is at the end of the block and was clean and peaceful. Lanna was a great host. I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Our family had a great long weekend here. The cottage was clean and comfortable (with good a/c and plenty of hot water), and had everything we needed. Good location for mixing time at the beach with a visit to New Haven. East Haven town beach was an easy walk and perfect for our 8-year-old. We hope to come back next summer!
