Located minutes away from tons of restaurants and shopping, with sparkling and stylish accommodations, this spacious condo is perfect for the whole family (or even 2)! Enjoy your Northern Colorado getaway in a space that feels like it was built just for you.
Our condo features modern/contemporary design, a 2-car garage, 2 king beds (plus 2 bunk beds), and a charming outdoor patio complete with grill.
Guests will have access to the entire property, including living spaces, 2-car garage and a patio.
We give guests their space, and check-in is automated, but we are quick to respond to any questions or concerns that might arise during your stay.
The condo is located just a few blocks away from Greeley's Center Place. This means LOTS of restaurants to choose from, and plenty of shopping as well. You will also be close to Highway 34, which means quick and easy access to other destinations in Northern Colorado.
Please note that the condo is brand new construction, and some parts of the development are still under construction. This may mean additional traffic, but construction noise is limited in the morning and evening.
Getting around by car is super convenient from this central location. Plenty of parking in our 2 car garage, private driveway and a nearby street.
