Summary: We were in town with friends for an event in downtown Greenville. This location was great! The apartment was really cute, very clean, and had all of the required amenities. Communication with owner was great too. He was very quick to respond. The walk to downtown through the West End enabled us to experience a fun part of Greenville that we had not seen in the past. We will definitely try to stay here again for our next visit to Greenville.

Summary: There are three condos in this little building, and we were right in the middle. Our”neighbors” on both sides were friendly and even the maintenance man was cordial. We didn’t mind a bit, but if you are looking for private, there were a lot of people coming and going, so consider that. The location is superb, just a five-minute drive from all things downtown. We had no issues with parking and we were able to take our small dog with us most everywhere. The property has a private back yard that is great for pups. Christopher communicated clearly throughout our booking process and stay. We enjoyed our time and would definitely rent again for a quick getaway.

Summary: This place was so adorable and accommodating. If you have babies their was a crib waiting and bikes. It was so close to dowton. I will definitely come back here . I loved it and the beds were super comfy!!

Summary: We had a great time! The place is charming and smells fantastic. Very clean! The backyard is pretty big, with a tall privacy fence, which is lovely for our dog. The wall is not entirely enclosed, so keep this in mind if your pet doesn’t recall well or can get away from you. The place is a short drive or walk to the bars and restaurants downtown. We were literally at the heart of the restaurant scene downtown in a matter of minutes after leaving the apartment. The owner provided bikes, but we did not use them as it rained slightly for most of our trip. Chris was very responsive and excellent at accommodating us and answering my questions. I’ll stay here again when we decide to come back. Thanks again for the great memories!

Summary: Fabulous location! Walk to West End restaurants, shops and bars in 5 minutes. A 15 minute walk to downtown and all its attractions. Quiet neighborhood. You hear your neighbors in the single story building but nobody was crazy. How to sound proof the building? Small place but adequate for our needs.

Summary: Perfect house for 2 old friends- we met in Greenville for a Bocelli concert and to explore Greenville. House was well situated close to downtown. Owner was extremely friendly and knowledgeable- gave good suggestions to get around town. He was also very quick to respond to questions and asked for suggestions on how to improve! Would definitely stay again.

Summary: The vacation was last minute, but we couldn't have been happier. The place was clean and had everything we needed.The bikes that were left were really nice.We brought our dog so it was nice to have a big backyard for her.
