Please respect our home and neighbors. Violations of ANY of the following
rules may result in fines and/or termination of your reservation without a
refund.
1. No parties or unapproved guests - Only registered guests may access the property. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited.
2. No additional visitors - Only those listed on the reservation may enter the property. Any additional visitors must be declared and pre-approved.
3. Respect quiet hours - Keep noise levels down, especially between 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Failure to respect quiet hours or disturbances from an unauthorized gathering will result in termination of the reservation without refund and may result in additional fines to pay city tickets or HOA fines for violations.
4. Check-out on time - Please vacate the unit and return any issued keys by the agreed check-out time. Late check-outs will incur a $250 fee.
5. No smoking - Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the unit and on the building premises. Evidence of smoking, including odor, will result in a $500 remediation charge. Local laws also prohibit smoking within 15 feet of any entrance.
6. Lockouts & lost keys - A $150 lockout fee applies per occurrence. Lost keys or remotes will incur a $50 replacement fee each.
7. Lost & found - We are not responsible for lost items. If something is left behind, we will attempt to locate it and ship it at your expense. Please check all drawers and closets before departure.

Summary: Very loud noise from house above, even into late hours marked as “quiet hours” for guests. Also seems like heat and cooling is controlled through the floor so we were unable to really control the temp at all.

Summary: As new DePaul parents, the location was ideal. Some major hiccups though: 1. The access code didn't work. These things happen, but response time via messaging was too long. I did call the service number provided and they got us in fairly quick. Lesson learned: Call the number first. 2. We indicated in advance we would be using the provided air mattress, but they left no sheets. Message time was again an issue, and when they contacted the property manager, the answer was "there were sheets left." (There definitely was not.) The back-and-forth took too long that we didn't get clean sheets until night two, which was less than ideal considering the price. Other notes: Our first time in the area, so I messaged ahead of time to ask about parking and was told it's best to book a SpotHero, which I did. The night before, the check-in message said parking is free and easy, which it was. Bottom line: No need to reserve parking. The unit is in a lower level, and you'll hear the pitter patter of feet above. There are steps down into the entrance and a step up into the bathroom as an FYI for those with mobility issues. The unit itself was very nice and clean. Cannot beat the location in Lincoln Park. It's a beautiful, walkable neighborhood with plenty of places to eat and explore.

Summary: The code to open the door did not work be used the lock battery was dead. The owner of the unit who lives upstairs had to open the door for us. Be used the lock was self locking we were unable to leave the unit until the concierge support answered our service call to give us access to the back up key for the door.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay in this property. It is clean and comfortable. It is a basement unit with ample light. There is no kitchen and no laundry so one has to manage those expectations. For us, the location was perfect as we were visiting family in the neighborhood. Also, no closet but plenty of drawers. We had trouble with the keypad on arrival but the management company was very quick to respond and we were provided a key. It was great for two of us and can easily accommodate a child but it would be crowded with four adults. Overall, it’s a great place to stay, we would love to stay here again. Our priority is visiting family in the neighborhood vs activities downtown.

Summary: Great quiet neighborhood, place is perfect for two people. Nicely furnished. One Con is there is very little natural light in living area as it is a basement type unit. You can hear walking and talking above you. Happy kid noises so ok with me. The bedroom has a lot of nice light from windows. Does not have a closet which may or may not matter to you. Bathroom is detached from the bedroom and you walk across living area to get it. Overall very lovely peaceful, albeit dark place to stay. Enjoyed my time there.
