• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.

Summary: The property’s location is convenient: it’s a close walk to the rail system, and a short ride to get to many popular destinations. It certainly met our needs during our stay. However, the home’s cleanliness is a concern, particularly the table in the back room. The owners should reach out to the cleaning company to remedy this.

Summary: Made our first trip to Seattle to visit family and see the sights…..we were not disappointed! We were within 10 minute walk from family, parks, restaurants, and the light rail Columbia City station. The property was clean and comfy in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently located…….will definitely consider staying here again!
