**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. • We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.

• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
• Use of fire pit and charcoal grill are prohibited during the burn ban

Summary: I’m not really sure this is a good property for people to stay at. Bags of trash in the front yard area, a trailer parked on the lawn, kitchen cabinet handles falling off, dishwasher didn’t work, electrical cords strewn around the living room, old mattresses on the beds and air conditioners in the windows not allowing the blinds to be pulled down and keep the bedrooms dark.
